I purchased a 2010 Prius from Courtesy Toyota. My sales person was George Ibrahim. George is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and instantly gained my trust. His emphasis seemed to be on meeting my needs and making sure I had a good buying experience. Courtesy didn't have the Prius I wanted with the advanced technology package in stock. George located one at another dealership. I got a fair price on my trade and George made the buying experience enjoyable and stress free. I had been to another dealership previously, where the emphasis seemed to be on the quick sale, selling me what they had on their lot, whether it matched my needs or not. It was indeed refreshing to walk in to Courtesy and have the customer centered experience I had. We love the Prius, but it developed a high speed (above 60 mph) squeak which was hard to isolate. My service advisor, Jason Rubel, had his technicians ride with me to try to isolate the troublesome squeak. The technicians were so knowledgeable and friendly, but after a few appointments, the high speed squeak persisted. The service director, Stewart Burzee, got involved, having other technicians try to isolate the squeak. The problem was finally resolved when Mr Burzee himself rode laying down in the back seat, with the door open, at 60 mph on the interstate, identifying the source by pressing on the rocker panel under the door. It was a defective clip. The personal involvement of Mr Burzee in diagnosing the problem and the persistence of his staff are exemplary. They are true professionals! My youngest daughter and her husband in Fort Myers, FL were recently in the market for a car. I recommended they drive the 200 miles up to Orlando to buy their car from the best car dealership I've encountered. I sent them to George Ibrahim. My daughter and her husband had the same enjoyable, stress free purchase experience as I did. They bought a Venza. I have since recommended Courtesy Toyota to several of my friends. Courtesy Toyota has the qualities one hopes for in a dealership, both in the way they treat you during the purchase process, and the way they take care of their customers after the sale. More

The price is solid, but the car I purchased has almost the best price in this area. The car is almost new, everything is perfect. The salesman is nice, and very patient. Now, stating that? I purchased this vehicle under the Costco Executive Membership Program and with it I was provided a Gift Certificate for $50.00 (from the dealership) and 15% off parts and services. Prior to closing my vehicle purchase? I requested a written quote for Camry 2011 - Body Side Moldings - and Bob did so immediately. Then when I returned after my purchase and communicated with my assigned Service Representative? First, I called Joe Fortier and I was informed by the receptionists that he was busy with another customer, which was very acceptable. But after two + hours, I received a return phone call. That is not acceptable to me when after the simple question I was asking demanded that I appear at the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership for services I desired within a month of my purchase? I had to wait over 45 minutes for the parts department to update the original proposal (which I provided to them in writing) I was given for the accessory I wanted. Then Joe, after being prompted by me, finally provided me with the NEW PRICE which was very much different than the price I was quoted prior to my purchase. The price he gave me now was well over 3 times the original quote. I was beside myself and then took a minute to think about the unconcerned people you have working for your company in your parts department that rush through everything. So, then I looked at the quote and I pointed out to Joe that this proposal was for a Spoiler and NOT Door Accent Moldings. The original written proposal for the desired work was given to the person in the parts department by Joe (with part numbers, etc) so this fact even lessens the opportunity for an excuse by the parts departments error. I do understand that unfortunate things do occur on a daily basis that should not but this is ridiculous and I do love the Service Department at that location and Joe normally does a great job for us but your Parts Department is crappy at best and they should slow down an provide much more concern for a recent purchaser than they do on their daily routine walk-in people. I felt bad for Joe as I felt the parts department just didn't show him any respect whatsoever and made him look like a fool! I assure you I would never purchase parts or accessories from this dealership in the future. Finally, I have called after one week from ordering my parts (which I was told it would be a week at most) and the parts still aren't in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
