He did not overwhelm me and clearly explained to me the options I had with purchasing new tires that I needed; explaining the difference in oil choices for my car for the mileage I was at; and gently broke the news to me about need new brakes. I did not wait at the dealership and he called me to let me know the status and check points of where my vehicle was at and called me when my vehicle was ready--plus he always clearly explained the price of each service and always clearly explained my options as well not overwhelming me or pressuring me into any specific service.
