The reason why I rated the quality of work good (4) and not great (5) is because the quality of the car wash was really poor. I understand that I was only there for a scheduled oil change and the car wash not great (5) is because the quality of the car wash was really poor. I understand that I was only there for a scheduled oil change and the car wash was a free bonus but I still believe that when you do something, you do it right.
