I recently bought 2021 new Toyota RAV4 from AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park in Orlando, Florida as an out of state buyer & for few times I needed to deal with their License & Registration department for Toyota of Winter Park in Orlando, Florida as an out of state buyer & for few times I needed to deal with their License & Registration department for proper documents for my car registration & license plate in my state & every time "Ms. Davika Ramdass" came thru for me. she is totally a dedicated employee who always goes above & beyond to help & satisfy customers needs. she promptly responds to your questions & concerns truly a decent professional & she has earned my five star review. One of the worst experiences of my life. I went in to look at a used car and I simply ask for the overall price of the vehicle. The salesman that I had was very nice but his managers felt the need to ste look at a used car and I simply ask for the overall price of the vehicle. The salesman that I had was very nice but his managers felt the need to step in and push their warranty on me. I told them I was hesitant about purchasing the vehicle because other dealers in the area had the same car for a lower price so I simply wanted to understand why their price was higher. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman . The managers were persistent and overbearing. I asked for the sheet with the price breakdown and told them I wanted to see my offer is laid out in front of me. They kept going to “talk” to their supervisor to waste my time so I decided to finally leave. When I told the salesman I was leaving he went and spoke to his manager. The manager came back without the original offer in his hand and told me that he shredded the paper without even asking me if I wanted it still. I left the dealership without a business card or any contact information and it was the worst experience of my life. If you are a woman or person of color I highly suggest you not go to this dealership. More

I HIGHLY recommend AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park. I traded my 2018 4Runner for a 2021 4Runner. I was impressed with the Sales Associate Samy Alujiely. His product knowledge was 1st class and helped me make my decision. The Sales Managers Rodney Farley and Jean Conde were a pleasure to negotiate with and low pressure. Once we got the figures agreeable, I am confident that the dealership treated me right! This will be my Florida Toyota dealership for service and future purchases even though I have two other Toyota dealerships closer to my house. Give these folks a chance if you are considering a new or used Toyota. More
