Was disappointed had to go several times for a rear noise in back the last several months ..finally figured out that it was the axcel the was defective. However on my last visit for that issue I asked a in back the last several months ..finally figured out that it was the axcel the was defective. However on my last visit for that issue I asked about getting the last service completed since it was coming up anyway . Toyota service obliged and said that would not be a problem. When I picked up my truck the oil levels and tires had not been touched . But I accepted and thought it was just mistaken or maybe off with my thinking . Fast forward to this Saturday I brought my truck in for alignment as the front right tires had more tread wear than all other tires and thought something was off. Well come to find out there was an issue and my truck was out of alignment. I paid for tires rotation and aligment , prior to bringing my truck in I marked all 4 tires not one was rotated. I was a little taken back because when I was up at the cashier office the service writer gave me all confidence that everything was check alignment was off and taken care of and tires were rotated and was sure of it . Given benefit of the doubt I was happy got in my truck and left ... it was a mistake. I got down the street maybe a half mile away to grab something to eat when I took a quick glance down I noticed not one tire had been rotated. I guess I just don't understand and literally blew my mind . A little frustrated I went back the dealership was apologetic and said they were mistaken and that I was correct it had not been done and was a miscommunication with the service tech. So my appointment was at 7:30 am and left the first time at 8:15... arrived back at dealership to complain and fix the issue roughly 8:35.. I did not leave the dealership until almost 11 am. So I'm wondering if my truck was even service correctly back in April when I originally questioned some stuff . I guess what I'm trying to say is I really thought highly of the dealership and service prior ... now I realize I will need to check behind the work so I know it was actually completed and serviced. I will no longer be understanding and just accept someone telling me service was complete and very confident and went in to detail how it was complete. Just to turn around and say it was a miscommunication when confronted. Maybe it's not saying much and maybe you probably don't care of my opinion.. but really disappointed. More
Well, I put a raving review on here but it disappeared. Short version- I went in for an engine check light on. They checked and it was a gas cap no registering. It was cleaned and secured.
