I received a coupon for a great price on a synthetic oil change. Called, scheduled dropped the car off. Received a call-back the rear brakes needed replacing. They quoted me a price that was comperable to a change. Called, scheduled dropped the car off. Received a call-back the rear brakes needed replacing. They quoted me a price that was comperable to a local auto repair shop, so I o.k.'ed the brake repair. When I arrived neither price was correct on the bill. The rep corrected it and reduced the shop cost to align with the original quote with no problem. Many companies make mistakes - it is how they recover thayt counts. More
