Was told by another shop my engine was blown and oil pump was busted. Toyota diagnosed problem as being with coolant system. My wife and I searched for a 2022 highlander platinum hybrid for months, and every dealership we called/visited charged outrageous market adjustment fees, or just simply couldn't get their hands on that hybrid for months, and every dealership we called/visited charged outrageous market adjustment fees, or just simply couldn't get their hands on that vehicle for months. After about 27 calls/visits we finally found AutoNation Toyota Winter Park, and had the absolute fortune of being assisted by Austin Prisbey. I literally flew down to Florida from NYC the next day, after speaking to him, and did all the paperwork for the vehicle. Delivery would be a few weeks out, but nonetheless, the fact that these guys were upfront, honest, didn't price gouge to take advantage of people, even with all the challenges in the market, made me know they were the right people to do business with. They now have a customer for life! During those few weeks, Austin kept us up-to-date on the delivery schedule, and even picked me up from the Airport when the vehicle arrived and I needed to fly back down to pick it up. He was an amazing salesperson, consummate professional, and the type of Salesperson you would want to do business with.
