I literally flew down to Florida from NYC the next day, after speaking to him, and did all the paperwork for the vehicle. Delivery would be a few weeks out, but nonetheless, the fact that these guys were upfront, honest, didn't price gouge to take advantage of people, even with all the challenges in the market, made me know they were the right people to do business with. They now have a customer for life! During those few weeks, Austin kept us up-to-date on the delivery schedule, and even picked me up from the Airport when the vehicle arrived and I needed to fly back down to pick it up. He was an amazing salesperson, consummate professional, and the type of Salesperson you would want to do business with.
