It wasn't until I went for prepaid service that the service was rated by time and not mileage. Thus service had expires, I also found out that when first notified of needed oil change, there were only service was rated by time and not mileage. Thus service had expires, I also found out that when first notified of needed oil change, there were only 3000 miles, and I discovered that it was supposed to be 10,000 oil change. With the pandemic, no one is driving high mileage and if you sell one of those care packages, you should tell the client, it has an expiration date. I was taken in for service promptly and service person was polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the time it took to get the tires rotated. I did not need an oil change. I love Toyota…You have a very great selections of dedicated employees who take pride on their jobs. Yesterday, I met this wonderful girl which I did not get her name, but she had a distinctive featu dedicated employees who take pride on their jobs. Yesterday, I met this wonderful girl which I did not get her name, but she had a distinctive feature her hair was tied on top and shaved all around the sides. Very pleasant and very interested in assisting .. She immediately notified my selected advisor Cory that I was there, he is always ready to attend to me very gracious and kind human being always a pleasure to deal with. Such is my faithfulness to Cory up to the point that I schedule my appointments, around his schedule. He is off on Sundays and Mondays. Such a sweet member of yours that already seems like family. Cory introduced/ referred me to Mr. Stewart, who I had spoke to previously on the phone in regards to the dilemma of the backup camera, which has been serviced by your company four consecutive occasions and am still having the same problem. Let me mention that Mr. Stewart, was also a great person to speak to who is also going above and beyond his call of duty to assist me very caring. During the conversation with Mr. Stewart I mentioned to him the paint job of the 4 runner Toyota, which has faded and its in horrible shape. All my services are done through Toyota since purchased in 2014 and this was my dream car for my retirement. I‘ve purchased my tires by taking a special offer from firestone which Toyota honored the tire price .. I also recently purchased my Battery for life with you. I have referred my daughter to have her jeep Sahara serviced there. I have not had a lot of luck with my Toyota.. But have been very lucky to go through my situations with the great stream of members that you have. I was a Manager for a company for 18 years till my retirement on 2016 and I wish I had half the qualifications and the customer service skills your employees have. Service advisor provided very good and prompt service and was informative re issues. Was not pleased with the quick and sloppy vehicle wash...why bother??!!
