Went there for a recall notice. I set my appointment for the weekend and they told me that they would call me if the parts aren’t available for the recall repair. Never got a call. I set my appointment for the weekend and they told me that they would call me if the parts aren’t available for the recall repair. Never got a call. I showed up on Saturday for my 10:15am appointment and the line of cars were stretched out to the road. It took 45 minutes to get checked in, even though I had an appointment. I left them my car and a few hours later they called me and told me they couldn’t do the repair because they don’t have what they need for the recall repair. Complete waste of my day all because they could’t do the very basics of customer service! More

I appreciate being seen soon after my car was starting to have starting problems. I never have a problem waiting on my car even though this was almost 6 hours. I don't remember being told about the power steering or fuel injector cleaning that added about $364 to my bill. I will continue to bring my car back but will be more vigilant about the bill. More
