The service people were curteous and welcoming, although it took about 10-15 minutes to speak with a service agent. The oil change and rotation of tires were well done. In my opinion, that is a highly unreasably long time for this task, especially since I had an appointment for this work to be done. I took my car there three times and came away with the same result. They were unable to find and repair the issue. I have been going to this Toyota locale for the past 30 years. It has been under several names and started back when this dealership was known as Jimmy Bryan Toyaota. Another key reason for servicing my (as well as my families) vehicles at this location over the years was convenience. Besides the convenience, there is still to this day, is the service manager, Steward Burdee. Steward is truly an asset for not only AutoNation Courtesy Toyota, but for the Toyota brand in general. Again he is a major reason why I continue to service our vehicles there. My recent service was just a routine oil change. I'm fully aware cost increase over time and I have witnessed it first hand over since moving to Orlando in 1993. I can remember when my oil changes were $17 which included an oil filter. I do have to seek the misc charge of $5.93 that was in the itemized receipt. This took the $49.44 amount to a total of $58.97 (again for a basic oil change). Has Toyota or Courtesy Toyota specifically considered a substantial discount to loyal customers, completely separate from the general discounts /specials offered to the general public? This could possibly increase your customer base as opposed to having them look elsewhere for a less expensive level of service. I'm hopeful for this happening and my continued relationship with your service team. More
