Service department is terrible. 1/2 hour wait from appointment time to give my car to rep, 3.5 hours for an oil change. Service department did not call when car was finished. I read past reviews and these problems has been going on for months, the GM says sorry for the problem, how can I help to other writers, The dealership doesn't seem to address the problem. I bought a new Honda in 2009 and a new Honda in 2014 service was always timely and impeccable. Perhaps the GM could find out how they do it so well and learn from them. More

Did not keep promise to waiting appointment at 7am. It was requested a technician come with the customer for a drive along and agreed when setting up the waiting appointment. When I was at the 7 am wai It was requested a technician come with the customer for a drive along and agreed when setting up the waiting appointment. When I was at the 7 am waiting appointment I was informed it was going to be 3 1/2 hours and techs do not come in until 8am and then work on cars from the previous day first. More
