Very responsive despite not having an appointment! I had a nail in one of my tires and had an AutoNation road hazard policy, so took my Audi to this dealership because it was the closest to my house. They inspected the vehicle and found another nail in the other rear tire and got both tires replaced through the warranty claim. Honestly this dealer is a great place to get service but honestly this past experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Just came in for an oil change and when I got my car return it came back with the deepes honestly this past experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Just came in for an oil change and when I got my car return it came back with the deepest scratches known to man. What makes it infuriating is the car literally got detailer the day before for an event and had to bring it back. Even the detailer said it was too deep and pretty much permanent damage to deal with. Honestly would find another dealer to avoid this issue entirely. More
