Dealership had van for a month. Was suppose to fix automatic trunk closure mechanism. Picked it up after it was serviced and stated it was working. The dealership was extremely busy, people everywhere. I had a warranty repair that had to keep my truck overnight due to new part failing. I was given a rental car, since I do not have any other means of transportation. The rental was not offered, but there was no hesitation when I asked for it. Best part....I was not hit with any upselling and that is why I'm giving 4 stars.. The service dept. was extremely busy but my rep recognized me in the crowd and took good care of me. Customers have to be patient due to the massive amounts of things going on. The check in line is long at any time of the day. Don't wait for your repair, leave your vehicle there! I would have probably lost my mind if I had waited on it. Overall, the employees were keeping it moving and staying positive. More
Not pleased with service dept. Very frustrating experience. I do not live in Orlando but my son is in college there. He needed a recall repair and new tire on a fairly new Taris. I called to set appointment and had them do oil change while there. I set appt and explained that I would be paying for tire and left my contact info. Once my son dropped off car I never heard from them. So I called. I could not get ANYONE to help me pay the bill! And no-one would return my call. It took 2 1/2 hours to get someone! I had to miss a meeting I had planned.Then they tried to charge him for the oil change. It was supposed to be his 2nd complementary but they would not or could not find record of it. I guess that is why I was not happy. Only after I got stern with them did they finally discover I was right. I called to PAY them. You think some one would take my payment. And then they tried to overcharge me $170! So was I a bit upset? Yes! At one point the customer service person hung up on me! While I did raise my voice I never yelled or cussed! Yet he said to me that I needed to relax. But that was getting me nowhere. I suggested he relax and listen to my very simple request. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Absolutely awful actually. GM is welcome to contact me about details. He has issues he needs to know about. More
