I usually give 5 star, but this visit was w challenge, they didn't top off fluid's my battery xx said all clear, I was told they would check electrical battery and charging system didn't see any of that o they didn't top off fluid's my battery xx said all clear, I was told they would check electrical battery and charging system didn't see any of that on the paper work they obviously overbooked their technicians that means they don't care enough about their staff when they are over working them, but they replaced the battery no charge my service advisor was awesome they didn't do an electrical xx and last it took over 2 1/2 hours for not sure what. They ask you to do 5-star rate in the end and that isn't honest to me, let the consumer rate on customer experience The dealership is old and service centre isn't accommodating for the volume of business, but I do have to say they work very hard More
