I husband have an appointment to bring my car at 8am, and after waiting 2 hours, He asked the assistant service manager what the status of the car was and he told Him, they haven't touched it yet, I forgot t after waiting 2 hours, He asked the assistant service manager what the status of the car was and he told Him, they haven't touched it yet, I forgot to tell the technician, so My husband talked to the service manager looking for an answer, but he didn't care, He spoke to the assistant again and he told my husband my bad, but I don't know when they can see your car, that's why He told him that if they weren't going to verify it, I'd take it and he answered, I'll bring it to you quickly, even if he would have told me, let me check if they can verify it, but NO, he didn't care and Hi asked him should I or can I take it to another dealer to receive the service You guys can’t? and his answer was, Yes, Yes, It was shown that this dealer is very kind to sell you a car, and very mediocre to give good customer service,,, More
