Had an appointment, but they were backed up with a line for 30 minutes before I was able to talk to a tech. I was switched to three different techs before my car was finally taken back and was told the oi for 30 minutes before I was able to talk to a tech. I was switched to three different techs before my car was finally taken back and was told the oil change would take 1 1/2 hours. After waiting with my kid in the heat for that time period, I reached out to find out how much longer. They again quoted me an hour and a half- I questioned this and they said they had to redo my appointment in the system since there were issues. I will not be going back More
