AutoNation Toyota Winter Park

I've been going to this dealership for years for service of my cars. However, this latest visit was not a great one. I asked for oil change and ties rotation, but they didn't do the ties rotation, even th of my cars. However, this latest visit was not a great one. I asked for oil change and ties rotation, but they didn't do the ties rotation, even though the receipt indicated they performed this action. I follow my car very closely, so I can tell the worn-out between the ties in the back and front. They definitely need to perform the ties rotation, since the front ties clearly more worn-out, and I noticed this before taking my car to the service. I was going to go back to ask the dealer to work on that, but I don't want to wait for a few hours just for that. I'll try this dealer one more time on my next oil change/ties rotation, to give them another chance. Hope they'll do better next time! More
