They attend the customer quick, they take your car. At the lounge the have different selection for coffee and your choice to eat. They tell you approximately how long the wait will be. I've been going to this dealership for years for service of my cars. However, this latest visit was not a great one. I asked for oil change and ties rotation, but they didn't do the ties rotation, even th of my cars. However, this latest visit was not a great one. I asked for oil change and ties rotation, but they didn't do the ties rotation, even though the receipt indicated they performed this action. I follow my car very closely, so I can tell the worn-out between the ties in the back and front. They definitely need to perform the ties rotation, since the front ties clearly more worn-out, and I noticed this before taking my car to the service. I was going to go back to ask the dealer to work on that, but I don't want to wait for a few hours just for that. I'll try this dealer one more time on my next oil change/ties rotation, to give them another chance. Hope they'll do better next time! More
