I have purchased three cars from AutoNation Toyota Winter Park as well as used AutoNation Toyota Winter Park to service my three cars I have purchased from them since 2005. I went in to purchase my fourth ve Park as well as used AutoNation Toyota Winter Park to service my three cars I have purchased from them since 2005. I went in to purchase my fourth vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Winter Park today and was told they could not assist me. The first reason they gave was because of the high demand of cars they could not wait for my check to come in from my credit union which I was going to pay extra to get it sent overnight. Than they told me because I was using my credit union to finance from Louisiana which I have done for all three of my other purchases, they could not do it because Louisiana is a no repo state which Louisiana is a repo state but if my bank was financing which meant they would be sending AutoNation Toyota Winter Park a check for the full amount of the car, why does it matter to them about repossession. Have lost a loyal customer that just talked my husband into not getting another Ford F150 but to purchase a Tundra in the next 30 days from AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. I will say that the salesman Mr. Reynaldo was helpful! More

I went in for a scheduled maintenance on my car I was about 15 minutes early and they still checked me in. Told me the wait would be less then an hour. I was prepared to wait the full hour in case. Good service and always professional. Service techs always friendly and explain the work. However someone left window open and rain soaked the door and the side speaker got wet inside a Service techs always friendly and explain the work.
