My last purchase is the third purchase from this dealership since 2012 and each time they just kept getting better. I did extensive research and visited 4 other Toyota dealerships in Central Florida dealership since 2012 and each time they just kept getting better. I was in a rush when I stopped at AutoNation because we were on our way home from my daughter’s soccer game. I met sales agent Mo outside and from that moment the level of service he provided was exceptional. My impression used to be, if you’re going to dealership to make a purchase, you must have a gallon of water, so you don’t get dehydrated and be ready to withstand the sales pressure. I’ve come to realize with AutoNation, there is no pressure. They make their sales pitch and won’t hound you like most other dealership. They show you they appreciate your business but ultimately let you make your decision. I cannot say enough good thing about Mo, he was professional and courteous. He kept me informed while I was waiting for the vehicles to be delivered to the dealership. When I went back to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Mo already got the vehicle ready and easily facilitated the document signing with the finance department. Mo’s manager David was equally exceptional as he checks with us to make sure things were going well. Thank you, Mo and AutoNation, for making my purchase process seamless. Keep Up the good work.
