From the first visit to my purchase, I would have to say that the experience was very pleasant. I found a vehicle that I liked, unfortunately by the time I was able to discuss an actual purchase, the vehi that the experience was very pleasant. I found a vehicle that I liked, unfortunately by the time I was able to discuss an actual purchase, the vehicle had been sold. I, accompanied by my mother test drove another vehicle from the lot, but when we got back, that vehicle too was "sold". The representative (Elissa) showing us the vehicle was able to locate another vehicle that was in port, awaiting arrival to the lot, that I felt I could afford. So, we decided on that vehicle and signed some paperwork to confirm my intention. My mother, who co-signed with me, felt we could get a better interest rate, so we went to speak with a rep at my financial institution. Sure enough we qualified for a rate 3.5% lower than what the dealership offered. We were going to go with that rate, when we received the call that the vehicle was on the lot, ready to go. Well we told them there was a change to the financing, as we were able to secure financing at a lower rate, and that's when things turned. At first they weren't going to give us the same vehicle at the lower rate, as we signed our intent at the higher rate... Well, that did not sit well, and seeing that it was going to be a deal breaker, the dealership actually met the financing that we qualified for outside of their original offer.. They actually gave us a slightly better rate.. I am now driving in a 2022 Toyota Corolla LE, and loving it.. Both my mother and my step-dad are Toyota Drivers (My step-dad has a 2006 Tundra, and my mom has a 2010 Tundra) They convinced me to go with Toyota, and I'm glad they did. Hopefully, this purchase will turn out to be the beginning of a "lasting relationship" with Auto Nation Toyota.. Looking forward to it. Joshua F. More
