This was my first experience with this dealer and I'm very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the service provided. Considering the amount of vehicles they dealt with the day that I went, in no very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the service provided. Spent $1366 in services and car was not washed and tire valves was not replaced. Arrived at 9:30am and car was not completed until 3 1/2 hours later. Not satisfied at all. What adds injury to insult is tha valves was not replaced. Arrived at 9:30am and car was not completed until 3 1/2 hours later. Not satisfied at all. What adds injury to insult is that I purchased the car from this very dealership and in the market for a new Toyota Sequoia but I will purchase from Toyota of Orlando. More
