Service rep had an attitude. She did not know how to coordinate the shuttle service, or the shuttle drivers could not communicate between themselves and her. No one asked me wher She did not know how to coordinate the shuttle service, or the shuttle drivers could not communicate between themselves and her. No one asked me where I needed to go. I watched 3 shuttle cards leave with out even knowing I was there or asking where I was going so they may include me with another customer going in the same direction. I’ve been going to this dealership for many years and know the way it should work but it didn’t this time. More
