I had issues from the beginning that the general manager had to be involved and I end up getting a car that I didn’t even wanted. I like SUV’s. The treatment from some sales people, finance and service was had to be involved and I end up getting a car that I didn’t even wanted. I like SUV’s. In this visit Maria was really great I took the car for service and had nails on my two rear tires in which I taught was under warranty but to to find out I had to had a tire package protection which that was never offered to me so once again had another bad taste from all of the issues I have had in this dealer. I’m only going for the service that’s included once the service expires I will not go back. There are some staff that needs to treat customers professionally and with respect. It’s very ashamed that I had a bad experience because I took my daughter the very first time before I did for me the second time and the experience with my daughter was great that was the reason I return to get myself a car. It was hard to rate this service occurrence without telling why a 3 star. I have never had any problem with this dealership until this recent visit (which was for a free required software update to mak telling why a 3 star. I have never had any problem with this dealership until this recent visit (which was for a free required software update to make sure the car would not stall when starting off). All went ok until an attendant went to bring my car around at the designated pickup area. I got in the car and happened to lift the plastic cup from my console cup holder. The day before, I added a quarter to 3 others in the cup holder and now there were only 2 there. There was so much traffic in the pickup area that I did not repark and go in to see the service advisor, but I called when I got home and asked him to call me. I waited that day and the next and did not get a callback. I called again the next day and left another call-back request. I would have been most happy to speak to the advisor privately about having a theft on their staff, but now I have to put it out there for everyone to see. It's not the amount that was stolen but the principal and the fact that someone there did take the change. If they will take small things (and knew not to take it all because it would be too obvious), they may make bigger things or even cheat Toyota. I gave very poor for service Communication b/c he did not call me back after 2 calls. I don't know if they sanitized the car; there were no apparent sprayers or smells to indicate so. Raul, the person taking me to and from home, was great. I'm not sure what they mean by Contactless Transactions in the rating system. More
