My sales rep, Moe was wonderful- he was very attentive, very well-mannered, polite and patient. He holds doors open, offers and brings you beverages, always has a warm smile on his face, and stayed for an very well-mannered, polite and patient. I primarily interacted with Tonia for financing. She was very vibrant, personable and a delight to work with. She was kind enough to offer a referral for insurance when my provider was less than ideal. Mike, the service manager was also awesome. Now for a few downsides (which has nothing to do with the individuals I just mentioned). I did not like that my car that was transported from one dealership to this location was done so by having it physically driven instead of being placed on a flatbed- not only did this add a few hundred miles to my car, but this also voided my paperwork that I had previously spent hrs completing ahead of my car being delivered, so I had to fill everything out again, which is why Moe and Tonia were with me 2 hrs beyond closing. My CPO inspection paperwork was not included, and I had to follow up to make sure it was emailed to me. Once I received the paperwork, the odometer reading was wrong. Sadly, I had to fill out paperwork for a third time. There are certainly hiccups to be worked out, primarily because this seems like a very busy dealership with high volume, oftentimes leads to mistakes being made, but there’s potential. More
