The dealership apparently overbooked service appointments. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I did not get my vehicle back until 3:00 pm. That is 5 hours for a normal oil change, and 2 recalls, one appointments. I had a 10:00 am appointment. I did not get my vehicle back until 3:00 pm. This dealership is awesome. I have used a local repair shop for 20 years and never had a problem. At my most recent visit they put the wrong coolant in my car and the engine h I have used a local repair shop for 20 years and never had a problem. At my most recent visit they put the wrong coolant in my car and the engine hot light came on as I returned from work at Orlando International Airport, 27 miles away. I drove very very slow with my flasher on all the way home, I was afraid of burning up my engine. Immediately, I decided I was done dealing with local repair shop. I decided to go to Auto Nation Toyota to have my car serviced right the first time. I am done dealing with the local service shop that messed up my car by putting the wrong coolant in my car. The service staff at Auto Nation Toyota knows that they are doing. Customers keep track of their vehicle being serviced on their cellphone. The customer waiting area is big, comfortable and has a nice area to purchase food or drinks at a minimal cost. I can highly recommend anyone having their vehicle serviced here, you won't be disappointed. My Toyota 2015 Camry Hybrid has over 120,000 miles on it and I love it.
