I think the guy that was taking of me was Eddie. I saw my car sitting outside at 7:50 am. My appointment was at 7am for a oil change. I have to wait for a text message. well at 8:35 my car was still sitting in the same spot so now I started to demanding that Eddie comes out the office BECAUSE now I'm mad. He has the audacity to tell me that the system was down and he couldn't text me. Which is not true because the man next to me get a text. He was on his cell phone that is unacceptable for Toyota they should take care of their customers better than that. More
My advisor, Cory, was great, but the service team registered that they checked things that they did not! Wiper fluid ran out shortly before service. They said it was checked and was full. I’m sorry but I got nothing good to say about my experience with the recall department in this dealership. The individual who handled the job is ignorant and disrespectful. He didn’t answer my calls or messages and I came there twice and been sent home without my vehicle. I have finally picked up my car and I had to call if is ready because the rental car was due that day. When I got home with my painted car I saw that the windshield was replaced and nobody was kind enough to tell me the reason for replacement. In the rental vehicle I have found money and credit cards left in the glove compartment by previous customer. When I returned the wallet I been informed that they will find the customer and take care of it but it never happened,and I’m wondering what happened to it. This situation proofs that the rental vehicles are not check or clean properly. I’m sorry but I will never do business with this dealership again. More
