Unfortunately I am still waiting to receive my floor mats that I paid for. UPDATE: Finally got my floor mats. They aren’t the ones I was promised or paid for but at least I have floor mats in my car. Now I am trying to get my registration. Apparently they renewed my registration when I purchased my car but I have not received my tag or 2024 registration. I have emailed with no response, I have called and left a message with no response. I finally got ahold of someone in accounting and they said they reprinted and mailed me my registration. Unfortunately it is the old registration that is about to expire. So again I called and left a message and the call has not been returned. I have asked to speak with a manager but never can connect with one. The response to my original review says to reach out the the GM with a number. Unfortunately that number is just to the call que and I don’t get any further than I have for the last two weeks. Now I have to go to the DMV and pay again for my registration. Just so disheartening. Great Services, but they could work on better price match. Some times it seems like the dealer prices are to high versus, the private shops.
