I had a great experience at Toyota of winter park. They were upfront, straightforward, and expeditious in helping me purchase the car I wanted. Argenis was my initial contact. He showed us used truck options and then when we switched focus to a 2023 he answered my questions via text succinctly and quickly. I appreciated that very much. When I came in to see the car Argenis was not in so Bino helped me. He listened to my requirements, showed me the car, spoke to his manager and confirmed they could meet my needs. He showed me the numbers electronically and delivered on what he promised. Williams did my trade in appraisal quickly and was helpful in negotiation. Bino then completed the transaction as promised and handed me over to Jesus and Marco in financing. I told Jesus I didn’t need to purchase any add ons. He inquired once why not and when I explained he left it there which i appreciated. I was out the door in two hours which was the max time they told me. Thank you for the quick and honest process. Came in for a oil change and tire rotation when I first arrived the service advisor Brendan was not very polite nor professional when I asked him to speak to a manager for questions about my service he see arrived the service advisor Brendan was not very polite nor professional when I asked him to speak to a manager for questions about my service he seemed very agitated because there was a issue with a service that I thought was included turns out it wasn’t but never the less he should have just let me speak to a manager he said he spoke to a manager I think Tammy was her name and came back and said she says NO and I said she says no about what he had no explanation as all I asked for was a manager. He told me I was more than welcome to go to Toyota of Orlando instead of the one I was at and that set me over the edge bc you don’t tell a customer that so that’s when I spoke to a manger. Then at the end when I was leaving Gerry stopped me says he was one of the service managers he apologized for Brendan’s behavior and attitude hopefully Brendan gets his stuff together and stops being so frustrated bc that kind of behavior is unacceptable to someone who wasn’t rude to him but simply trying to get clarity of what is included before getting anything done. So I’m giving them 5 stars simply because Gerry and other staff that I encountered was professional and kind. More
