They told me that could not get the interest rate that I receive in writing. I have contacted Toyota to complain about their very bad service. The manager was very rude and even told us to go to court. How can someone do business with a company that does not respect written contracts? Please choose any other Toyota dealership to avoid problems. More
The staff and atmosphere in this dealership is very welcoming and pleasant. I personally love the Theater. They also give free food and offer you water. I was in for a complimentary 10k service. My only request was to repair the driver side sun visor because it is very hard to move. It seems like my advisor ignore my request completely. When I bring it in next time, I hope that they pay more attention to customer concerns. Besides that, service was good. More

Since then though, service has steadily gotten worse, and this month's oil change was the worst yet. I had an appointment, but arrived 20 minutes early and still had to wait in the line for quite awhile to be checked in. I was told my appointment time hadn't arrived. Several service attendants motioned me forward in the line, while cars all around me and behind me got checked in first. Then when I came to pick up my car after being notified that it was done, I was redirected to several areas until I finally got to the kiosk where my service person was supposed to be. He wasn't there, and I had to wait again while someone called for him. He was a very pleasant and apologetic, and I have nothing against him. It is the flow at the service department that has me annoyed. I don't think I'll be back for future service. More
I bought my car here in the midst of the car shortage of 2022 and Edwardo my salesman was awesome. It was the least painful car buying experience I had ever had. Going to the service department is just as p 2022 and Edwardo my salesman was awesome. It was the least painful car buying experience I had ever had. Going to the service department is just as painless. I scratched my new car and they were understanding and helpful. The fixed the problem in an affordable way and gave my care a free wash. Scratching my new car hurt but the dealership somehow made it hurt less. I used to think of car dealerships as blood xxxxxxx charlatans but this one is almost human. More
The last service appointment almost had me lose my job. I bought my 4Runner in 2015 at AutoNation Toyota WP and have been fairly happy for those 7+ years. So much so that even after moving to the East Coa I bought my 4Runner in 2015 at AutoNation Toyota WP and have been fairly happy for those 7+ years. So much so that even after moving to the East Coast, I would make the trek back to Winter Park to have my vehicle serviced. For the service directly preceding the one I am rating right now, I chose a Toyota Dealership closer to my new home (for the first and only time ever), but that experience made me realize how much I liked the Winter Park location better. Cut to the most recent visit. I had a lot on my plate for that day, so I chose the earliest appointment time at 7:15am. I arrived at 7:09am, but was surprised seeing the two lanes for service being already full (6-7 cars each lane, waiting outside the actual check-in building). It was 7:29am, when I finally got tended to and checked in. I was scheduled for the standard 110k service, which should have been tire rotation and oil change only. At 9:15am I received a message regarding additional line items. It took the dealership 106 minutes to diagnose my car, although I had an appointment? My rep explains the proposed services to me and I ask him how fast that would be done. He said I'd be out of there "within the hour". So even if you calculate the full hour, 10:15am was pretty much the cutoff time. At 10:35am I started getting anxious, because I had a work appointment at 12:30 in Jacksonville. I walk up to my rep and he states the obvious: service department was slammed that day (with walk-ins). No xxxx, Sherlock. I had contacted my work supervisor and he gave me an hour grace period to show up. Service rep promised me 15-20 more minutes. Fast forward to 11am. Still no car. Now I am starting to get heated, because I can't afford to lose my job over a dealership not prioritizing an appointment over walk-ins. I made my rep go into the garage and retrieve my car. I see it leave the garage, but then he drives it next to the car wash line. I presume to have some grime washed off. I got out of there at 11:18am, ETA in Jacksonville 1:25pm, 5 minutes before the expiration of the grace period and before losing my job. Thank you for the anxiety attack, Toyota of Winter Park. Either you have to start prioritizing appointments over walk-ins, or I will only bring my car in on my off days. This was NOT GOOD! More
