Said only needed oil change when makingng appointment, when I came in she quoted me over $700 in charges. Also, when service person finally came to car initially, she passed my car and was standing by my back window, not the drivers window. When i realized she was there, she looked at me like I was the crazy one. I have no idea how long she was standing there. She was short with me and rude. I had a coupon for 79.99, she said she would get me the best price. She lied, didnt even try. Quoted me 79.99. While i was sitting waiting went on toyotas online and found coupon for 69.99. Why lie to me if your not even going to try. Makes you untrustworthy. Think im going to trust you again...Nope! More

I will be looking for another place to have my car serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to all serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to alleviate the situation. But, it was disappointing to wait 5 days. I spent over $2k to get my AC fixed, so after spending so much $$$, I wasn't in the mood for any other problems. Finally, when i picked up my car, the low fuel light was ON. I checked how many miles left, and it said zero. I wasn't sure if I could even make it to a nearby gas station without running out of gas. I don't plan to come back here. More
