So I had originally made three appointments on the third appointment. They actually addressed the issues and fixed it, but that wasn't without contacting the general manager. Nick and I definitely wouldn't recommend having your car serviced and then when I tried to follow up with my service advisor Cameron it took five phone calls. I was routed to a call center and nobody knew who my service advisor was or how to get in touch with him. Absolutely god awful and the manager Nick reggiano is not helpful in the least and I wouldn't employ him if I had my own business. The general manager Nick of Toyota was great but I don't think you should have to contact the general manager to get service, but that's exactly what happened. They also gave me another customer's paperwork with their home address, phone number and car paperwork and name which I wouldn't want somebody having that information. So think twice before bringing your car here. More
