It takes too long to do service when you don't have an appointment. One time they suggested I need like 3 things to be done to my truck and I said I'll do them another time, when i went back to get them appointment. One time they suggested I need like 3 things to be done to my truck and I said I'll do them another time, when i went back to get them done they didn't know what I was talking about ,that my race 4 didn't need nothing. so I was mad and thing they were lying to get me to do about 800$ worth of work on my car. But I then they found the issue that because I dispute it they couldn't find it in the system. I think that was a lie because they all didn't know. Now I only make sure to get done what it needs More
There is bad customer service, there’s terrible and then there is David Abad Jr. It’s hard to fathom how people of this kind have direct access to deal with customers on a daily basis. So i had worked on a there is David Abad Jr. It’s hard to fathom how people of this kind have direct access to deal with customers on a daily basis. So i had worked on a deal with a salesperson and was questioning the value of the trade in before making a 3+ hr drive to make the purchase, so i provided the current offer i had for my trade in an asked if they would be willing to match it. Was told to bring in vehicle first which wasnt an easy task given the distance, so i asked if verbally there would be a possibility to match it. Then comes Mr. Abad and said he was confident he would make the deal happen and he wouldnt let the deal fall through for a trade-in. (His words) So i went and made the drive, only to be offered $4,400 below the appraisal i had provided. Now i understand the principle of negotiation, but being someone in the business he could at least in his mind have an idea as to whether he would be close to match. The right thing to do would have been “i doubt we will match it” or “sorry but its honestly outside of our possibilities” which would have been fair and understoood, but yet his response was the total opposite. Not only he arrived with an attitude and disrespectful behavior, but when i express my dissappointment on something that could have been avoided, his response was “well if you want i’ll pay for your gas” in a sarcastic manner. Funny thing is, 2 minutes later another manager told me he had checked the system and there was indeed another appraisal in the system for 2000 higher. The worst thing was not being able to make the deal, it was his behavior and how rude he was, showing absolutely no remorse for making a customer waste his time. Simply unacceptable. Requested to speak with general manager, yet he requested another sales manager instead. The rest of the team were great, polite, understanding and even provided additional solutions to be able to make the deal happen. As of this individual, well he only helps tarnish what is overall a good company and dealer, and he definitely is on the wrong profession. Whatever you do, stay away from this… dont even know what to call him. More
Asked about a Sienna in February via Sam's Club buying service and they were not interested. Simply, this dealer sucks. Don't pay over MSRP or fall for expensive add on items that are not worth it. service and they were not interested. Simply, this dealer sucks.
