Pretty hard to turn this around. You dont make a customer drive over 3 hours with children to be laughed at sarcastically by an employee when a deal was supposed to have been in place already. Mr Abad was acting like he was making me a favor trying to rip me off since i was already there, when in fact it is me making the purchase of the vehicle. He acted in a very rude way in front of salesperson Giovanni and the other manager present. I had made expenses to spend the weekend there given the drive and ended up returning the same day, i had provided all info and number before hand and had already bank approval and everything to make it a smooth transaction. I was able to make a deal with honest people and no bait and switch over at a dealer closer to home the day after. Vehicle had just arrived, was received very cordially and whole purchase was very quick just how it should have been. It should be the GM calling to make it right, not the other way around.
