The service provided to the car was excellent. However, last time I went, it took 30 minutes for an oil change and this time, I was told it would be an hour and 10 minutes and it was 2 hours. I was told it would be 10 more minutes but it was then 30 more minutes. It was very annoying and not how I wanted to spend my Saturday. The people were great. Oscar was the face of the dealer to me. He kept me informed throughout my visit. Logan, the service tech, fully explained what was done. The reason I am giving them a 4 is apparently there is a design flaw in the fuel delivery system and/or transmission, which has nothing to do with the dealership. My 2022 Tacoma Limited acts like it has a carburetor that needs adjusted… lag time when accelerating and there’s nothing the dealer can do to fix it. It’s completely up to Toyota to provide an update for the transmission and they will only do this if enough owners complain about it. If you are experiencing hesitation when accelerating, please take your truck to the dealer! More
