I bought a new car from Roman about 6 months ago and it didn’t come with a spare key, he later informed me that I have a right to a second key and that he would get that for me. I’ve tried multiple times c didn’t come with a spare key, he later informed me that I have a right to a second key and that he would get that for me. I’ve tried multiple times contacting him to get hooked up with the key and he ignores me, at this point I’m not sure what else to do. Super bummed on the accountability of Roman, and the lack of communication. I deserve a spare key for a $35,000 new vehicle! More
After several attempts to get a service advisor to call me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles. We did get our truck in for service finally. Makes me think twice about buying another vehicle from Toyota if service is out of reach! This really saddened us. More businesses lack GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please don’t be one of these businesses. More

The part took almost two weeks to arrive and I was without a car for that time. I had to go out of town and had to rent a vehicle which added to the cost. The repair alone was quite expensive.
