Friendly sales person but not very knowledgeable about some car feature. Had a question about tire repair kit on car pick up day and could not answer for 20 mins. You changed your service protocol, and it is more efficient. My 10K service was less than half of usual time . Texting me pictures and texting with “ ready to pic up “ message was awesome. Horrible! !! They are not honest people. Lies started from the moment my family walked in. and don’t really seem to care after they get done reaching into your !! They are not honest people. I know they are salesmen, but don’t know when they turned to liters and thieves. (Ok I lied, I always knew they were, they have just gotten better at it). Sales won’t call you back after you leave the dealership. Service won’t call you to tell you your new truck is fixed. And management can’t be found to complain to. Never again at an AutoNation.
