I received a call from a manager, right away, telling me my key is ready to get it. He told me, someone going to contact me to make an appointment to get it. after 5 days from that call, another guy called me and told me, they going to request my second key to the Toyota Factory (MY KEY WAS NOT AVAILABLE, AS THEY SAID). Then, supposedly my key will be ready in a week. Too many lies, since I start to do business with, they are too many lies. SO FRUSTRATED, SO DISAPPOINTED Just have to go after them to get my second key... adding all the issues, that is too much.

PEOPLE, BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALER, TAKE SOME TIME TO CHECK THEIR REVIEWS. LIERS, NOT ETHIC, NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ETC ETC Thanks God never go back to Toyota Auto Nation. Worst Customer Service, then, not ethic nor professional people in there. They tried to get an extra $10,000 without telling me, pushing me to sign a contract with some changes, not advice about changes, not the initial deal...long history. NOTE: Yesterday I was in Camelback Toyota, for my Tundra service, I was asking if they can help me with my second key: same day, they gave me my second key, just a couple hours they solved that issue. THANKS FOR NOTHING Do not contact me, again, please.

Auto Nation never called me back to get my second key. Tired to try to get my second key or get answers. Too many lies. Worst customer service from all the departments. Then, I was in Camelback Toyota for service, and they gave me my second key at the same time of my oil service. So fast. Very polite, BEFORE YOU BUY IN TOYOTA AUTO NATION, CHECK THEIR WHOLE REVIEWS.
