I live in Wisconsin but have family in the Phoenix area. There are no Siennas available in my area so I called to see if they had any Toyota Siennas coming in with the trim and package I was looking for. Not only did AutoNation have the exact van I was looking for, but Gabriel Hosler was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was honest and made the process of buying a car from out of state as easy as possible. I was planning on buying a new van but Gabriel got me into a super low-mileage used van and saved me $15,000 in the process. I flew down last week and picked it up and it is even better than I could have imagined. Exactly what I was looking for and he even gave us recommendations for where to get the best street tacos in the area when we were done. I will add I first called a different Toyota Dealership on Bell Rd and it seemed great at first had the exact new van I wanted in the color, trim, and package. Spent almost 2 hrs with the salesman who video-called me so I could see all the features on the van and then when I called back to give him my credit card for the deposit he said they went home early due to the rain and I could take care of it the next day. But then crickets. My aunt drove over to give him the CC in person and he was conveniently not around. Eventually, someone came and told my aunt the van sold the night before, an hour and a half after I had called to put the deposit on it when everyone had supposedly gone home. It felt like a total bait & switch. Thankfully, AutoNation and Gabriel were not about playing games like that. I highly recommend AutoNation for new or used vehicles! More
