After owning my previous truck for 14 years I found myself suddenly and unexpectedly in the truck market. Detesting truck payments and not looking forward to the truck buying experience, I found mysel myself suddenly and unexpectedly in the truck market. Detesting truck payments and not looking forward to the truck buying experience, I found myself doing business with Kathy Peoples and the good folks at Power Toyota. Never did I feel pressure to buy the vehicle "they" wanted me to buy nor the vehicle that "fit" my budget. Rather, I was patiently and courteously listened to and given the opportunity to shop for the truck that met my needs and on my terms (a Nissan Titan, no less,...go figure). The next day, when my truck wouldn't start due to a dead battery (stuff happens!), Kathy and the staff saw to it graciously and expeditiously that I was given a new battery and was on my way. Ultimately I had a great experience, wound up with a great vehicle for a great price and have since recommended Kathy Peoples and Power Toyota to my friends in the car buying market and will continue to do so.
