The first salesman I worked with was John Salmon. We looked at a minivan that was so recently posted that it had not yet been cleaned or mechanically worked on. I expected him to make me wait until afte looked at a minivan that was so recently posted that it had not yet been cleaned or mechanically worked on. I expected him to make me wait until after it was "fixed-up" to see the van, but he let me see it in the raw. This was very helpful as I got to see the vehicle in the shape that it came onto the lot. After this visit, the van went through the "fix-up" process, and John responded to all my concerns. When I went back to look at it with my wife, I worked Paul Quinn. He was very helpful, friendly, and honest. We looked at a couple other vehicles, and Paul helped with any information need to make the decision. He never forced us, but instead gave us helpful information to think about. Then came the purchase. The finance procedure and person were the only reason I knocked them from Great to Good on Friendliness. I had prearranged financing, and that didn't seem to make the finance guy happy. He was not the friendliest person, and was actually a bit gruff. He was actually right about some things he said, but the demeanor was lacking. Anyways, six days after driving the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. Even though the van was a 2005 vehicle and I didn't purchase any warranty and bought it "As-Is", they fixed it for free. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while the repairs were made. I didn't have to haggle or plead. This is the way to please and win-over a customer. Also, I was the one that said I wanted to give them a good review. So, the review was my idea not from their prodding, making it count that much more. More
Spent about a month looking for a new van. Have driven a Honda Odyssey for the past 6 yrs. I was going to get a new Odyssey until I drove the Sienna. More roomy and fun to drive than the new Odyssey. Had been to two dealers and left without buying a van. I was referred to Greg at Power Toyota in Tempe. I made the drive across town and was so glad I did. Greg gave us a printout of what we could buy the van for and what they would give us for our trade without any haggling or pressure. Greg then introduced us to Blake Lynch who took us for a test drive and then worked very hard to find me a white XLE which no one in the southwest had. He finally found one but it would take about 2 weeks to get it. We were leaving to go on vacation and I was just sure it would be sold before we got back but, Blake called me when it came in and held it til we returned. When we went to pick up the vehicle Blake helped me set up the GPS/Satellite and the bluetooth phone. Blake made sure we knew where everything was located on the car and then gave us his phone number and said to call any time if we had any questions. From the receptionist to sales to finance we had a very smooth and enjoyable experience and will buy from this dealership again. We will also recommend Blake Lynch who I believe to be a great asset. Thanks again and we love our Sienna. P.S. The full tank of gas is a big plus! More

I have been shopping around looking for the best deals at various car delearships in the past couple months. By far Power Toyota Scion Tempe has the best "Superior Customer". My Car Salesman was Jason James, he approached me before I even reached the door with excellent customer service.I told him exactly what I wanted and he was on top it! Ray Barlowe has an outstanding personality and kept me smiling the entire time. Randy Reddi, New Car Manager was the man that made it happen. He knows what my situation was with my Lexus trade in and made it work for me. Howard the Finance Manager, SEALED THE DEAL!!!He was awesome! He worked around what I could manage for my car payment.I am a proud owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry SE! I love my new car! Thanks again to all the wonderful men that was involved with my transaction. For me this is very good! He gave me the attention I needed to make me feel comfortable enough to purchase the 2007 Toyata Yaris. I am very hard to please and even harder to impress. I was very impressed with Mr. Barlowe. I am also impressed with Toyata, The 2007 Toyota Yaris is a beautiful car. I am very happy with my purchase.
