Since I had not planned to buy a new car for several years, but was forced to because of an accident that totaled my car, I did suffer a little sticker shock. Richard did his best to make the car available in excellent condition as quickly as possible. The quality of the experience was lessened considerably when we had to visit the finance department even though we were paying cash. As we were informed about the extended warranty, it sounded like we were buying an unreliable car, and the cost of over $2000 would have put us considerably over the budget we had worked out with the unforeseen buying of a new car. This truly has been a great car for the ease of use and dependability at 87,000 miles. Pretty peppy too! I like the ease of getting in and out of the car as well. The service group has a nice lounge area, and kept me updated on the time I would spend in it. Prices for service are not too bad either. Friendly helpful staff all around, even the guy that drives the shuttle. I like it that they would buy the car back! What a great compliment to the car. Just that I don't have any plans to sell it.
