Over the past 24 years I have purchased 8 new Toyota Tacoma pickup trucks from different local dealerships in the Phoenix area. After doing my research on the new 2012 Tacomas, I was thrilled to see t Tacoma pickup trucks from different local dealerships in the Phoenix area. After doing my research on the new 2012 Tacomas, I was thrilled to see that Toyota was now offering exactly what I had been waiting for; a four cylinder Prerunner with automatic transmission! Unfortunately there were NONE in the entire state of Arizona, and due to my work schedule, it was impossible to travel out of state to purchase one. I immediately made a personal visit to the closest Toyota dealership, and was told by the salesman that "no such truck existed." He then proceeded to try to sell me something that I didn't want. Trip two was to the dealership that I purchased my last truck from. I was told that this particular truck "could not be special ordered," and that I would "have to wait" to get one. They would call me when one became available, but also suggested that I purchase something else. After waiting several months and realizing that dealership #2 was not going to be of any help, I got on the internet and by chance came in contact with Kathy Peoples at Power Toyota. We discussed what I was looking for, and she contacted me back within hours and said "YES, I can get you this truck in the color of your choice within 2 weeks, or maybe even sooner!" To make a long story very short, she did, and the complete buying experience from start to finish was quick, easy, and the absolute best!!!! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Power Toyota. They are truly a step above all the other dealerships that I have dealt with in every way.....from how they treat their customers, having sales people who are professional and knowledgeable, to their service, and their followup after the purchase. You won't be sorry if you go there! More

Had 95,000 mile service done on my 2002 Tundra. Primary reason was to change the timing belt, but I also had them change the serpentine belt and the water pump while they were in there. I had obtained quotes from Gruleich's, Sun Devil Auto and Power Toyota Tempe, but Power was the least expensive which was a pleasant surprise as I preferred certified Toyota techs worked on it. Mark Williams quoted a firm price for the work which I appreciated. I would have rated them excellent in quality but the vehicle was returned with a little antifreeze splashed on the fender. I took it back a few days later and they not only washed it but detailed it. I will definitely give them a chance to do work for me again. P.S. A few days after this visit, I returned to purchase a new Tacoma from their Internet Dept. (The Tundra is being sold to my youngest son for him to drive for the next 100,000 miles.) More
