I can't say enough good things about my experience with Power Toyota - and all of the employees that assisted me. I started with USAA who gave me Power Toyota to try. I never felt pressured, he answered all my questions and offered advice and knopwledge of the vehicle. I have been a Toyota owner for twelve years and loved it. So not only did I get a new Highlander I passed my 2000 Camry XLE down to my daughter! Once I had made my decision Joe came in on his day off and spent hours helping the process move smoothly. My husband and I are very thankful to Power and Joe! But not to be left out Jesse Alvarez was our Finace guy. He also helped answer questions, gave us good guidance and made the process smooth. This was my first time at Power Toyota in Tempe and I got the pleasure of dealing with Gus Kostopulos and I must say it was a good experience. I hate buying cars which I told him from the begining. I don't like dealing with Car Salesman,, or their Managers,,,or playing the games they play at most of the Dealerships I have been to. Didn't have to play there, which I loved!! Gus never pressured me, he gave me all the info I needed got my car appraised and we left. Which was really nice, it gave me a chance to look it over and think about it and decide. I really liked how he took the time to show us alot about how everything worked in our New Car. I would defintley recommened Gus to my Family and Friends and hope he is around next time I buy a car. For me buying a car is like my worst nightmare, like going to the Dentist (which I hate) but this time it was very good experience. Thanks again Gus, Jesse Alvarez the Finance Manager was great also.
