The evening I came in Joe was not available, and was kind of hesitant in dealing with another associate because I feel like I already know Joe and was comfortable with him. I went home, and came back the following day but Joe was still not available so Laurence Bautista was called upon to attend to me. Laurence made feel at home and comfortable, and went to a great length to make provision for all that I needed in my vehicle of choice. I would recommend these guys to my friends and family.
