Gus & Derrick were most helpful. Gus replied to my email by phone. I explained what I was looking for and had not driven any Toyotas before. Derrick let Gus know after showing us to a table making sure we had water or a beverage of choice. Gus explained everything & was very concerned that everything was clear he even covered the what if questions. Even other things that would be a good thing for the Tacoma (love it!!!). While signing the papers the truck was washed, filled with gas. Gus brought the manuals that go with the truck (explained the purpose of each book) took us over to the truck, had me set in it and went over most everything and told me I should read the manual where I would find more information. I felt like part of his family. He called me later that evening and the next day to be sure he had answered my questions if I had any. It has been 14 years since I bought a auto and I was treated wonderful. I would recommend Gus Kostopulos and Power Toyota to everyone who is looking for a Toyota. More
