I had decided to look at other makes of cars after having driven a Toyota Prius since 2004. Not because I was unhappy with the Prius, but just to check out something different...I looked at Honda accord, VW driven a Toyota Prius since 2004. Not because I was unhappy with the Prius, but just to check out something different...I looked at Honda accord, VW Passat, Subaru,and Nissan Altima.i had test driven an Altima at Power Nissan and the salesman, Brad, encouraged us to check out the new Prius around the corner at Power Toyota. He set us up with Kathy Peoples to test drive. Kathy is one of a kind, not a person you would ever think was a car salesman. She was straight, professional and friendly, making our experience the best.after checking out the other makes, we decided to take the Prius, and the entire scenario and employees at Power Toyota was the best I have experienced. I recommend Kathy and Power to anyone and will certainly check them out for a Scion I've been eying. Thanks! Bill w More

When it was time for my first service Mr. Eddie Alameda Toyota in Arizona and was very taken care of from start to finish from Mr. Laurence Bautista. When it was time for my first service Mr. Eddie Alameda was the service person whom took care of all my needs. Mr. Bautista and Mr. Alameda has gone above and beyond their scopes of responsibility to ensure all my paperwork and service were met in a timely and professional manner. Employees such as these guys are the direct reflection of the leadership and the success that Toyota has in Arizona. They are both PROFESSIONALS AT IT'S VERY BEST. I will not shop or service my vehicle anywhere else other than Power Toyota mainly because of these two individuals. More

Working with Jonathan Miles was the least stressful experience I have ever had with a cars salesman!! He was professional, personable and went out of his way to help me find a car over the course of s experience I have ever had with a cars salesman!! He coordinated with Thomas Gonzales (used cars) to help me find the "used" car that I ended up buying. Thomas Gonzales took my car requirements and brought in a car that met my needs the next day! The price Jonathan and Thomas offered me with the trade-in and other incentives was wonderful. Tom Sullivan (finance) made the paperwork process go smoothly and quickly. Until last Friday, I had very little interaction with the staff at Power Toyota. I've had a couple small issues with my truck. I was able to drop it off and get a ride to my office. A few hours later, i would get a call indicating my truck was ready. Not real exciting, they did a great job in a short time. Last Friday however, I was able to spend some time with the sales staff. I had been looking for an FJ cruiser for a few weeks and was able to work a deal with Bill and Jim for exactly what I wanted. They were friendly, helpful, and really worked to get the deal I wanted. They gave me top dollar for my 6 year old trade in and I could not be happier. Thanks for the exemplary service and customer support through the process. More

When we read our summary of charges after purchasing a used car we realized that there were several warranty charges on it that we did not know were there - over 3000 dollars worth. The 2 smaller charges used car we realized that there were several warranty charges on it that we did not know were there - over 3000 dollars worth. The 2 smaller charges came off after about 6 weeks but the main charge 2000+ dollars has not been refunded. It has now been 5 months and I am still having a dialogue with the person responsible to see to this refund. We own our own business and so know that refunds are digital and should take about 3-5 days to process. Do yourself a favor and read the paperwork very carefully because once they have your money there is no hurry to return it. If it is available pick another Toyota dealer - I would not trust Power again. Love Toyota brand but not this dealership. More

Derrick was consistently responsive and timely in answering my email inquiries. His information was useful and accurate. He made himself available to accommodate my (not very flexible) schedule inclu answering my email inquiries. His information was useful and accurate. He made himself available to accommodate my (not very flexible) schedule including coming in on his day off. He furnished me a ride from the car rental nearby though he volunteered to come all the way to Fountain Hills if I had not been able to make arrangements to return my rental car closer to the dealership. He even got the address of the nearby rental agency for me. He was pleasant, easy to work with and never pushy. I had been in contact with 4 other dealerships including the one where I had my old toyota maintained. Partly due to the availablility of the vehicle I wanted and partly due to Derrick's assistance, I chose the Power dealership over one that was closer to home. More
