He is always so kind, professional and has a lot of great knowledge of Toyota’s in general. I always call ahead to make sure he is working in a day when I bring my car in because I know I can trust him. That’s just a big thing for me as I’m sure it is with most. Called Rich Taylor and explained the issue, and he said bring it in. Arrived and was met by Rich and was told that it was be about 1.5 hrs.
