I had the nicest experience leasing my Toyota Yaris two weeks ago at Power Toyota. It is my first Toyota and I love it. My last car was old and having lots of problems and I knew I needed a new one but as weeks ago at Power Toyota. It is my first Toyota and I love it. My friends and family told me not to go alone :-) ! I did go alone and I was greeted by Saad Thomasian who immediately addressed and understood my car needs and concerns. Saad put me at ease, answered all of my questions and before I knew it I had leased my new Yaris. It was a smooth and seamless experience. I will recommend Power and Mr. Thomasian to anyone and everyone. I feel so "well taken care of" by everyone that I have spoken and dealt with at Power Toyota during this process. Thank you! I ordered a new Scion TC from Joe Johnson about a week before I moved from NY to AZ. Over the past 24 years I have purchased 8 new Toyota Tacoma pickup trucks from different local dealerships in the Phoenix area. After doing my research on the new 2012 Tacomas, I was thrilled to see t Tacoma pickup trucks from different local dealerships in the Phoenix area. After doing my research on the new 2012 Tacomas, I was thrilled to see that Toyota was now offering exactly what I had been waiting for; a four cylinder Prerunner with automatic transmission! Unfortunately there were NONE in the entire state of Arizona, and due to my work schedule, it was impossible to travel out of state to purchase one. I immediately made a personal visit to the closest Toyota dealership, and was told by the salesman that "no such truck existed." He then proceeded to try to sell me something that I didn't want. Trip two was to the dealership that I purchased my last truck from. I was told that this particular truck "could not be special ordered," and that I would "have to wait" to get one. They would call me when one became available, but also suggested that I purchase something else. After waiting several months and realizing that dealership #2 was not going to be of any help, I got on the internet and by chance came in contact with Kathy Peoples at Power Toyota. We discussed what I was looking for, and she contacted me back within hours and said "YES, I can get you this truck in the color of your choice within 2 weeks, or maybe even sooner!" To make a long story very short, she did, and the complete buying experience from start to finish was quick, easy, and the absolute best!!!! I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Power Toyota.
