waste of time We were two people interesting two Camry SE for lease. We had a consensus with the managers and paid $500.00 to reserve a car for 5 days. In fact they offered this to us before we leave and we accepted. Once we went back to dealer after 5 days, as if we did not have a consensus we were new people who were asking car to lease, they increased the monthly leasing price %33more what we had in consensus with them on a signed deal. In addition, after few minutes, they said my friend was not eligible to lease due to the low credit score. This was a big lie. One day after, we leased the cars from another dealer with a cheaper monthly payment with the higher credit scores. I never stop by autonation toyota anyomore. More

Not veteran friendly ...They will ignore your USAA quote and use it against you. Once they have your information its sold off to everyone. Watch out for Warranty charges We recently bought a 2014 Toyota Prius. When we went to the Financial person we were given the option to buy different warranties. Many of the warranties seemed unnecessary to us, so we declined most of the warranties. We get home and we see that we were charged $2,000 + of warranties we specifically said we did not want. Tried to call, no response. Called again, no response. Drove an hour to see someone in person - we were told we would be reimbursed in 4 to 5 days. Over 2 weeks, no refund. Finally, after many calls and two in-person visits, we got our refund. Lesson learned - beware of signing on the electronic keypad without looking at what is being signed. More

Buyers experience This last Sunday,April 13 2014 my wife and I went to the autonation Scion dealer in Tempe Az.The day before I spoke to the sales representative J Patt This last Sunday,April 13 2014 my wife and I went to the autonation Scion dealer in Tempe Az.The day before I spoke to the sales representative J Patterson.Jay was straight forward with regards to the pricing of the vehicle I was interested in.We spoke about the "out the door price" that is all fees all taxes the absolute price I would be expected to pay for the vehicle I was interested in.He quoted me a price and followed that up with an E-mail that confirmed that total cost.I accepted that proposal and we went into the dealership the next day.The price was exactly the same as quoted.I was pleasantly shocked.After buying other new cars I was fully expecting to see many other "charges" added after I thought I had agreed to a "firm" quote.However this dealer held true to their word, and price quote.This was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.I would recommend them to my family!
