AutoNation Tempe Toyota worked on my car years ago. The mechanics were the best. So, when time to buy new car, I returned to AutoNation Tempe. Jim Testa handled our purchase. He was excellent. I’ve been coming to Tempe Toyota for over 20 years. My family and I have all purchased multiple cars here through the years. Today I came in for an oil change and née brakes. I always see Randy Scott in family and I have all purchased multiple cars here through the years. Today I came in for an oil change and née brakes. I always see Randy Scott in the service department. He is always so kind, professional and has a lot of great knowledge of Toyota’s in general. I always call ahead to make sure he is working in a day when I bring my car in because I know I can trust him. That’s just a big thing for me as I’m sure it is with most. He just gives the beat customer service from beginning to end. More
Called Rich Taylor and explained the issue, and he said bring it in. Arrived and was met by Rich and was told that it was be about 1.5 hrs. While servicing the truck Rich call and said that there was an op bring it in. Arrived and was met by Rich and was told that it was be about 1.5 hrs. Rich called and said that the truck repairs were complete and to meet him at his office. He completed the paper work and returned the truck on time! More
A part was not ordered in time. Area of repair was noticeably scratched in multiple places. Steering column now makes a noise any time it is turned more than 180-degrees. Our experience was rather excruciating. Our salesperson was awesome and did an excellent job guiding us through the process of selecting a vehicle. Everything was a nightmare after that. The "process" of finalizing paperwork and waiting for financing lasted almost four hours. Inexcusable. We arrived at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, chose our truck by 5pm and didn't leave until almost 9pm. On a busy Friday night there were only 2 or 3 finance people working. We had cash but were told that we couldn't buy the truck unless we financed. I get that there are a shortage of vehicles available, but it seems AutoNation is only interested in making as much money as possible from their customers. Would think twice before returning to buy another vehicle. More
